Je voudrais remercier ceux et celles qui ont participé au mini concours sur ma page Facebook, Twitter et en commentant ici.
Je suis assez surprise que personne n'ait vu l'erreur, mais je vais quand même envoyer du ruban à Line qui a pris le temps de répondre 2 fois et qui était près du but. La réponse est dans le col.
Si Line veut bien m'écrire je lui enverrai le ruban qu'elle préfère dans ma boutique.

Nobody saw the mistake, but I'll send Line some trim as she took the time to answer twice and was really close. The answer is in the collar.
Line, you can choose a vintage trim in the store and write me to tell me which one I should send.

Voici une très mauvaise photo (j'ai oublié mon appareil à quelque part) de mon cadeau de Noël : 3m20 de l'épaisse laine double face Dior que j'ai trouvé chez Myrtille à Vannes. Le patron, Vogue 9134, est en chemin de chez Lanetz, la doublure polyester vient de ma collection, j'ai l'entoilage, le fil, j'ai lavé le tissu, il me reste plus qu'à décatir.
Très étrangement, à en juger par ma précédente expérience avec du tissu Dior, ça ne changera pas grand chose. Le tissu doit être pré-traité vu qu'il ne bouge pas d'un millimètre. L'autre chose que vous ne voyez pas parce que ça ne se photographie pas, c'est la couleur riche et changeante sous différentes lumières, parfois très rouge, parfois très orange. C'est une des différence entre le tissu de cette qualité et d'autre laines avec lesquelles j'ai déjà travaillé: la couleur est exceptionnelle. Ils ne doivent pas utiliser les mêmes bains de teinture que le commun des mortels.

Patron

J'ai fermement l'intention de suivre à la lettre le RTW Sew-Along de Pattern Scissors Cloth et de faire de la finition tip top comme des boutonnières passepoilées et j'envisage même, hérésie de ma part, de faire les surpiqures à la main.

Happy New Year!
Here is an extremely bad picture (I forgot my camera somewhere) of my Christmas Gift : 3m20 of thick red Dior double-face wool I found at my local Myrtille in Vannes. The Vogue 9134 pattern is on the way from Lanetz Living, I have the fusible, the lining is from stash, I have washed the fabric and will steam it soon. Strangely enough, judging from previous experience with Dior fabric, it won't change much if I do or don't as this stuff seams to have been pre-treated, it hasn't moved a millimeter. The exceptionally rich color changes with different lighting and it can't be photographed, it's sometimes bright red, sometimes orange, one wonders if the dyes they use are available to us commoners. 

Pattern

I will follow Pattern Scissors Cloth's RTW Sew-Along to the letter and plan on top of the line finishing touches like bound buttonholes and, heresy on my part, am even thinking about hand sewn-top stitching.

Couper un patron dans le milieu pour l'agrandir quelques jours avant Noël est un peu effrayant, mais j'y suis arrivée et cette gigantesque robe pull est exactement ce que j'avais en tête, un truc qu'on peut mettre par-dessus n'importe quoi. Pour Noël, j'ai fait la victime de la mode et je l'ai assortie aux couleurs flash dans l'air du temps : jaune, fushia et vert. C'était très moderne!

Les fêtes ne sont pas tout à fait terminées alors j'en profite pour vous souhaiter pleins de petits points serrés cette année.

Slashing and spreading a couple of days before Christmas was scary, but I made it and though a little big at the shoulders, it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. A big sweater dress I can put over anything. For Christmas, I paired it with a bright t-shirt, hot pink thighs and green shoes and I thought I looked very modern and on trend! You can accuse me of being a fashion victim!
